According to United Nations Conference report on trade development, India has received $34 billion as FDI in 2014 which stats the country has attracted 9th largest amount of investment globally, 6 ranks ahead of previous year and the country’s economy to set a take-off. Considering the global FDI fell 16% due to geopolitical risks and fragile global recovery, India showed the biggest increase in inflows. The efforts from the government and the popular Make in India campaign attracted global companies to manufacture locally which strengthened the country’s manufacturing system.
